By commissioning me you automaticly agree on these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change and evolve during time. The commission form has a check mark confirmation about you having read this TOS.
⭐️ You must be 18 years or older.⭐️ I have the right to decline taking in a commission work for any reason.⭐️ I will finish the commission within 30 days, counter starting from the payment day.⭐️ I have the right to publish the art I have made for my portfolio purposes.⭐️ I refuse doing custom designs based on/colorpicked from someone elses characters!⭐️ Inappropriate behavior/ harassment from the customers is not tolerated.
You can use the commissioned art or bought characters as you wish, since you have paid for them, but keep in the watermarks and remember to give me the credit as the creator/ artist.⭐️ You have the right to edit the character concepts and arts you have bought from me.⭐️ You have the right to commission other artists to edit the character concepts you have bought from me.⭐️You have the right to re-sell the characters and arts you have bought from me in any price you want, I do not want to limit you.Keep in mind that I still continue to have my right to keep the originals in my gallery as a part of my portfolio.
You are free to ask the artist any commission related questions before sending in the commission form.You can select different communication options from the commission form.The personal communication style of the artist is work centered, solution orientated and direct regardless of the selected communication method.
Contacting the artist personally via DMs for friendships, free art and/or casual chatting is not desired unless otherwise stated. You can chat with the artist publicly on public servers.

Payment method is PayPal or Ko-Fi
No holds or partial payment plans.
The invoice is expected to be paid within 24 hours from the payment info, otherwise the commission is canceled.
After payment there will be no refunds in cases if you change your mind and want to cancel the order. Think beforehand!
Refund is fully given if the artist has to terminate the already paid order for personal reasons that prevent doing art. Ie. broken equipment.
Fill out the commission form, post the refsheets and answer to all of the questions. The artist will then contact you with the price for your commission request.If you approve, you are given the payment info, you can pay and the artist gets to work.
The form alone is not binding you or the artist into the commission process yet! It is to figure out the pricing and to give the artist all the needed information to finish your commission request if so is agreed.
The artist does NOT take commission orders or previously unmentioned additional information through discord messages or other platforms unless otherwise stated ie. the work is an YCH piece or there is questions regarding the contents of the sent commission form!
You can follow my commission processes and statuses from my trello -board. The "Working on" -list is being worked on from top to bottom and it is being worked on in the commission arrival/payment order.
When your commission is being worked on, you may also receive the sketch/ WIPs of the process steps through messages depending of which communication option you chose and paid for in the commission form.
If you have selected WIP and process step approval communication, you are expected to communicate about the process step edits ASAP. If you fail to communicate with the artist and the promised 30 days turnaround time can not be reached because of this, there will be no refunds and you also will be blacklisted.Returning back to the previous working steps to change something we already have moved on from costs 10-35€/per change depending of how many steps has to be redone to do this change. Each of these changes is billed separately before doing the change. Large scale changes are not to be made.If the artist does a mistake, ie. colors some markings wrong, fixing it is free as long as it is pointed out and communicated clearly and ASAP during that processing step and the mistake can be seen from the refsheet posted to the form.

1. Ref with the character with watermark

2. Transparent websize versionAdditional extra versions* of the artwork are included to the final price calculation based on the information given in the commission form. The artist must be informed about the versions in the commission form.
*additional versions = different versions of the finished artwork with small changes or extra files.ie1. Fullbody with background. Normal files AND the version with character separately on transparent background as additional extra.ie2. Bust image of a character smiling happily. Alternative additional version would be the same drawing but just the character crying.
Black list is my personal list I keep of people who are not able to commission me ever again. You can get yourself on that list by crossing my boundaries, wasting my time and/ or making the commission process pain in the ass for me.
