Mirku commissions

By commissioning me you automaticly agree on these terms and conditions.

Basic lines

⭐️ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.⭐️ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.⭐️ I will finish the commission within 30 days, counter starting from the payment day.⭐️ I have the right to publish the art I have made for my portfolio purposes.⭐️ I do not create custom designs that are copied, heavily referenced from, or color-picked from characters you do not own.⭐️ Harassment, inappropriate behavior, pressure, or disrespectful communication will not be tolerated.⭐️ The factors increasing the commission price are marked with ⚠️ -symbol in the form!⛔️ I do not offer holds. ⛔️

Usage rights

You can use the commissioned art or bought characters as you wish, since you have paid for them, but keep in the watermarks and remember to give me the credit as the creator/ artist.✅ You have the right to edit the character concepts and arts you have bought from me.✅ You have the right to commission other artists to edit the character concepts you have bought from me.✅ You have the right to re-sell the characters and arts you have bought from me in any price you want. Just keep in mind that I still continue to have my right to keep the originals in my gallery as a part of my portfolio.

Communication and personal boundaries

You are welcome to ask practical commission-related questions before submitting the commission form.You may submit either a fully planned idea or give me artistic freedom with your commission. However, I do not offer brainstorming or extended planning sessions to help develop your commission idea. Please prepare your idea before submitting the form.Please do not contact me privately for free artwork, casual chatting, or unrelated personal conversations unless I have stated otherwise. Public chatting in shared servers or public spaces is fine.

Payments & refunds

  • Payment method is PayPal or through Ko-Fi

  • No partial payment plans.

  • Payment is expected within 24 hours after payment information has been sent. If payment is not received within that time, the commission is canceled.

  • Once payment has been made, refunds are not available.

  • A full refund will be given if I need to cancel an already paid commission due to personal circumstances that prevent me from completing the artwork, such as broken equipment or other serious issues.

Process

1️⃣ Fill out the commission form.
2️⃣ I will review your request and contact you with the final price.
3️⃣ If you approve the price, I will send you the payment information.
4️⃣ After payment has been received, I will begin working on your commission.

‼️ Please include all commission information in the form. Do not split important details between the form and private messages, as this makes the process harder to manage and increases the risk of missed information.

You can follow the commission queue and work status through my Trello board.The “Working On” list is completed from top to bottom, in payment order. Please check the Trello board for updates before asking about your commission status.

Commission files

Different commission types come with different files.1️⃣ Fullbody/ bust with background, 2 files:
1. Fullsize version
2. Websize version
NOTE: Transparent version is NOT automaticly included.2️⃣ Refsheet, 2 files:
1. Ref with the character with watermark
2. Fullsize transparent version3️⃣ Backgroundless art, 1 file:
1. Transparent full size💬 If you want any additional versions*, you must mention this in the commission form before work begins.

*Additional versions may include things such as:ie1. Fullbody with background. Normal files AND the version with character separately on transparent background as additional extra.ie2. Bust image of a character smiling happily. Alternative additional version would be the same drawing but just the character crying.

WIP and changes policies

📢 If you selected WIP updates and approval steps, please respond to edit requests and approvals as soon as possible. Delayed or missing communication may affect the commission process and will result in refusal of future commissions.↩️ Returning to a previous work stages after it has already been approved may cost an additional 10–35€ per change, depending on how much work needs to be redone. These changes must be paid for before I begin editing.❌ Large-scale changes, such as pose or angle changes, are not available after the sketch phase.❤️‍🩹 If I make a clear mistake, such as color the characters markings incorrectly, I will fix it for free as long as the mistake is pointed out clearly and promptly during the relevant work stage. The correction must be based on the reference material provided in the commission form.

👺 The black list

I keep a private blacklist of clients who are no longer allowed to commission me.A client may be blacklisted for:
🔸Harassment or disrespectful behavior.
🔸Repeatedly ignoring these Terms of Service.
🔸Wasting time through non-payment, unclear communication, or repeated avoidable issues.
🔸Crossing personal or professional boundaries.
🔸Making the commission process unnecessarily stressful or difficult.
