The thing with my commissions

By commissioning me you automaticly agree on these terms and conditions. Read first, commission after.

My rights

1. I have rights to the art I make (ie. self-promotion on twitter).2. I have the right to decline projects I do not feel okay with, no matter the reason.3. Usually I work fast but I also have a non-art-related full time job IRL, so sometimes my commissions take more time. Normally I finish the commissions within one month. I will keep you updated in case if it takes longer.4. You can ask about the progress, but do not poke me about it constantly.

You

You can use the commissioned art as you wish, since it is yours and you have paid for it. Ie. on RPs, projects, galleries, wallpapers etc.NFTs are strictly forbitten!!

No copying, tracing, or selling my art.

Patreon rules

Everything inside the payment walls of patreon should stay inside... So as a patreon supporter, do not share the tier -related works outside.

Patreon linearts

1. If you have obtained the lineart base from my patreon, you are allowed to create adoptables and OCs on them, use them as your avatars etc.2. You can sell the designs you have made on my lineart bases.3. Just add proper credits and links to my stuff.

Payments & refunds

1. Payments via PayPal only2. You will get full refund if I haven't started your commission yet.3. If you cancel the commission after payment, you will get refund only of the work that was not already made. Amount depends of the commission type and how far the commission piece was already done.

Process

You can either give me free hands, vague idea or detailed description of the image you want. I will take the payment upfront.
After they payment I will draw you a small sketch of the idea and the character. At this stage we can tweak it and make few changes in it. When you approve the sketch, I will continue working. This is also why you can not change the sketch completely anymore after you have given it the green light.
You will get WIPs from lineart and flat colors. If you want more WIPs, you can ask. In lineart phase the image gets more details. You can request two minor edits on the lineart if need be. More than two, and I will have to charge you extra before continuing the work.If you want the result to be surprise to you, inform me in advance that you do not need any WIPS or if you want to skip the sketch approval completely!When I am finished, you will get web-formatted smaller version and a full sized image. If you want any other versions, inform me in advance.

The comic contains toxic behavior, violence, harsh language and sexual themes. It is targeted towards more mature audiances. The characters, their points of view or opinions do NOT reflect my opinions and viewpoints as the author.
