Mirku commissions
By commissioning me you automaticly agree on these terms and conditions. Claiming you did not read is not releasing you from your responsibilities as a customer/ commissioner.
Basic lines
⭐️ You must be 18 years or older.⭐️ I have the right to decline a commission.⭐️ I aim to finish the commission before 30 days, counter starting from the payment. If it goes over, I will inform you. Do not rush me.⭐️ I have the right to publish the art I have made for my portfolio purposes.⭐️ I will not tolerate harassment or inappropriate/ bad behavior from customers.⭐️ Changes in the work after the sketching phase cost 15-30€ per change and each one is billed separately.

You can use the commissioned art or bought characters as you wish, since it is yours and you have paid for it.You also have a right to re-sell and edit the character concepts and arts, but keep in mind that I still continue to have my right to keep the originals in my gallery as a part of my portfolio.
Payments & refunds
Payment method is PayPal or Ko-Fi
Pay within 24 hours after the deal is made. Otherwise the deal is off.
No holds or partial payment plans.
After you have paid there will be no refunds if you suddenly change your mind and want to cancel the order. Think beforehand!
Refunds are given if the artist has to terminate the order for personal reasons. Ie. broken equipment.
If I have to terminate your commission order because of your bad behavior and/or lack of comminication on the order related matters, you will not be refunded. You will be given a warning with 3 days reaction time.
Process
Fill out the commission form, post the refsheets and answer all of the questions. Wait for my contact through the given route (ie. dA notes or Discord messages).I will contact you regardless if I can or can not work on your commission request, to let you know.
The price is calculated in the messages individually depending of the work.
The form has the factors increasing the price marked with this ⚠️ warning symbol.
The form is not binding you or the artist into anything. It is to figure out the pricing for a commission work. We have a deal after the commission is paid.
For clarity and to avoid misunderstandings or waste of time, be exact and direct in your descriptions.
Commission files
Normal commission comes with 2 PNG files, one being fullsize version without a watermark and another resized to smaller internet friendly format with watermark.Refsheet gets 3 files:
1. Ref with the character with watermark
2. Fullsize transparent version
3. Websize transparent versionAlternative extra versions* of the artwork are paid separately and the artist absolutely must be informed about them before the work is paid.
*alternative versions = different versions of the finished artwork with small changes. ie. fullbody with character smiling happily. Alternative additional version would be the same drawing but just the character crying.
How the price is formed?
Commission price depends of the amount of time, energy and effort being put into the work, this including also the customer service*.

*customer service = additional communication and processing, sending WIPs, tweaking sketches, tweaking lines, returning back to previous processing steps, redoing some parts, streaming etc.
The black list
Black list is my personal list I keep of people who are not able to commission me ever again. You can get yourself on that list by crossing my boundaries, wasting my time and/ or making the commission process pain in the ass for me.
